子宫内翻指子宫底部向子宫内膜腔内陷入,子宫部分或全部翻出,主要由于第三产程过度牵拉脐带及压迫宫底引起,特别是存在宫缩乏力合并宫底部有胎盘植入的时候更易引起子宫内翻。它是阴道分娩或剖宫产分娩罕见的并发症,一旦发生,就是危及生命的产科急症。如果没有及时诊断和处理,子宫内翻会引起严重的出血和休克,甚至产妇死亡。

Uterine inversion occurs when the uterine fundus collapses into the endometrial cavity, turning the uterus partially or completely inside out. It has been attributed to excessive cord traction and fundal pressure during the third stage of labor, especially complicating with uterine atony and placenta implantation in the fundus. It is a rare complication of vaginal or cesarean delivery, but when it occurs, it is a life-threatening obstetrical emergency. If it is not promptly recognized and treated, uterine inversion can lead to severe hemorrhage and shock, resulting in maternal death.
