妊娠期器官功能衰竭在临床上比较常见,如何熟悉应用器官支持技术,保障孕产妇生命安全,是目前临床研究的热点话题。本文就孕产妇生理改变、常见孕产妇危急重症和器官功能支持治疗的救治要点进行阐述。

Multiple organ failure is a common complication during pregnancy. How to properly implicate organ support technologies and ensure maternal safety is a hot clinical topic. This article explains the changes on maternal physiology and organ functions, introduces the common emergency and critical illnesses of obstetrics, and reviews the recent progresses on organ support technologies.
