解痉治疗是子痫前期治疗中的主要手段之一,硫酸镁是一线用药。本文总结了硫酸镁用于子痫前期解痉治疗的机制、用药时机及用药方法,并对硫酸镁使用过程中存在的问题和困惑进行分析,以期对临床中面对不同子痫前期患者的解痉治疗起到参考和指导作用。

Antispasmodic therapy is one major curative treatment modality for preeclampsia, and magnesium sulfate is the first-line medication. We summarized the mechanisms of magnesium sulfate in treatments of preeclampsia, medication timing and regimen, and analyzed the existing problems, in order to play a reference and guidance role in clinical treatment of spasmolytic treatment of different patients with preeclampsia.
