摘要

产后出血是我国乃至全世界孕产妇死亡的首位原因，但大多数是可避免的。产后出血的评估不足、孕期管理不当等均可能导致惨痛结局。从胎儿娩出后开始预防产后出血可起到预防产后出血的重要作用，但关口前移才是预防产后出血的关键。预防产后出血的关口前移究竟应在哪个阶段目前尚无定论。本文就预防产后出血关口前移提出的相关策略做出总结，以期共同关注。

Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is the important cause of maternal death in China and the world, but most are preventable. Poor evaluation and mismanagement of pregnancy can lead to tragic outcomes. Suitable management after fetal delivery plays an important role in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, but the key is to move forward. At present, it is still controversial which stage should be the threshold of postpartum hemorrhage prevention. This tissue summarizes strategies for preventing postpartum hemorrhage in order to attract common attention.
