妊娠期妇女由于机体生理及免疫功能的改变,易受病原体感染,其中大多数为病毒感染。本文就近10多年来新发现的流行病毒,孕妇感染诊断、防治策略和不良母儿结局进行阐述。

Due to changes in physiological and immunological functions, women are susceptible to pathogen infection during pregnancy, most of which are viral infection. The newly discovered epidemic virus in recent 10 years, the diagnosis, prevention and control strategy and the outcome of the mother child have been described in this paper.
