辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology, ART)是治疗不孕症的重要手段,然而ART妊娠存在较高自然流产率。经ART妊娠后早期自然流产发生的高危因素有三个方面,母体原因、ART相关程序原因和胚胎自身的原因。流产的预测及干预途径包括移植前母体高危因素、ART相关程序因素、胚胎遗传学及发育潜能的预测与干预等。本文就ART妊娠后早期流产的发生风险、危险因素、预测及干预等方面进行讨论。

Assisted reproductive technology(ART) is an important means of treating infertility, but there is a rate of spontaneous abortion in pregnancies after ART. The high-risk factors for early spontaneous abortion after ART include maternal factors, ART related procedures, and embryo related factors. The prediction and intervention include maternal high-risk factors before transplantation, ART procedures related miscarriage factors, and the prediction and intervention of embryo genetics and developmental potential. This article elaborates the risks, risk factors, prediction and intervention of abortion after ART.
