Characteristics of coagulation function during pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

During normal pregnancy, coagulation factors increasing, anticoagulant components reducing and fibrinolysis decreasing induce physiologic high coagulation state or pre-thrombotic state in the trimester of pregnancy. In some pathologic condition, physiologic high coagulation state promotes the evolution of obstetric hemorrhage and thrombosis disease.
