Abstract:

Pregnancy complicating cerebrovascular thrombosis is one of the severe obstetric complications that could lead to perinatal death. The clinical course and manifestation are so highly variable that increase the difficulty of diagnosis. With the wide application of the modern imaging techniques, such as magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance venography and magnetic resonance angiography, it is easier to diagnose cerebrovascular thrombosis than before. No matter being pregnant or not, the cerebrovascular thrombosis patients are treated similarly. However, as the specialty of pregnancy, the patients need a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians and neurologists.
