Abstract:

Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is one of the most common complications of gestation. Especially preeclampsia, eclampsia and HELLP syndrome, increase maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. How to diagnosis and management the disease accurately and timely influence the progress and prognosis. To improve the outcomes of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy at the most extent, this article describes the strategies of reducing severe complications of preeclampsia, including the risk prediction, diagnostic criteria and the principle of management.
