Application of Simulation-Based team training in obstetric residents standardized training

Abstract

Abstract:

Through describing the current status and methods of the standardized training of residents at home and abroad, combining with the grim situation of obstetrics and the actual situation of " two-child" policy in China, this article discusses the necessity, methods and preliminary achievement of Simulation-Based Team Training in obstetrics, especially for obstetric emergency and severe cases.
