Abstract:

Assisted reproductive technology is widely used to treat infertility and patients with repeated pregnancy loss. Compared with natural conception, patients with assisted reproductive technology have a higher risk of late abortion and preterm birth, which may be related to polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine malformation, recurrent miscarriage, repeated uterine operation, multiple pregnancy, etc. This article will discuss the early detection of high-risk patients with cervical insufficiency in assisted reproductive technology and the monitoring of cervical insufficiency after assisted reproductive technology.

Key words: Reproductive techniques, assisted, Uterine cervical incompetence
