Abstract:

Electronic fetal monitoring is the most commonly monitoring method to evaluate the safety of the fetus. It is the main method to distinguish between physiological stress and distress during labor. The pH value of umbilical cord blood at birth is an important basis for judging the pH status, assessing asphyxia degree of newborn, guiding the resuscitation and evaluating the prognosis. Therefore, correct judgment, accurate evaluation, dynamic observation and timely intervention are important measures to prevent neonatal hypoxic brain injury.
