Abstract:

Preeclampsia is one of the most important reasons for the poor prognosis of pregnant women and perinatal infants. Antihypertensive therapy plays an key role in the management of preeclampsia and has been widely studied nowadays. This review was written based on the latest clinical guidelines for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and our own experiences to discuss the problem of blood pressure reduction in women with preeclampsia.
