Pay attention to the key problems about clinical diagnosis and treatment of placenta accreta

Abstract

Abstract:

Placenta accreta gives rise to severe postpartum hemorrhage, hysterectomy and puerperal infection. With incidence rate of cesarean section increasing, the incidence of placenta accreta has been increased over 10-fold compared with the previous 50 years. The management principles include minimizing the mortality, preserving fertility, and reducing serious complication incidence. This article discusses several problems about clinical diagnosis and treatment of placenta accreta.
