Obstetric treatment of liver failure in pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

Liver failure in pregnancy is a life threatening disease for both mothers and fetuses. Lacking effective medicine and strategy, active and appropriate obstetric treatment can improve the prognosis and reduce the maternal and fetal mortality. According to the cause of liver failure, disease severity and both the condition of mothers and fetuses, individual therapy principle should be followed to choose the suitable time and mode of delivery for the patients, and a comprehensive plan should also be made for the delivery.
