Multiple discipline cooperation in the management of severe postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract

Abstract:

Severe postpartum hemorrhage is still the major cause of maternal death. Multiple discipline cooperation is very important in severe postpartum hemorrhage therapy. According to the etiology of severe postpartum hemorrhage, strengthen the teamwork (including obstetrics, anesthesiology, radiology and transfusion), standardize the transfusion, and encourage autologous transfusion, all of these are beneficial to the rescue of severe postpartum hemorrhage.
