With the implementation of " two-child policy" in China, the proportion of high-risk pregnant women is increasing. Based on the management experience of high-risk pregnant women at home and abroad, we should rationally apply the color warning and early warning system, and standardize the treatment and referral process. In addition, assist the midwife from the basic hospital in getting professional knowledge, organizing team simulation and practice, applicating safety checklists appropriately, thereby reduce the maternal-infant related morbidity and mortality.
