Pregnancy management of multiple pregnancy combined with scarred uterus

Abstract

Abstract:

With increasing number of the older pregnant women and the application of assisted reproductive technology, the ratio of multiple pregnancy combined with scarred uterus has dramatically increased, and twin pregnancy is the most common.Both scarred uterus and twin pregnancy are high-risk gestation factors, which can increase risk in pregnancy and cause adverse pregnancy outcomes. How to reduce the risks of this situation for maternal pregnancy and childbirth? It needs clinical doctors to give accurate evaluation and proper management to prevent and treat pregnancy complications in time, choose the appropriate means of delivery and delivery time, and it also needs sufficient doctor-patient communication and cooperation to ensure the safety of mother and fetus.
