Abstract:

Valvular heart disease is still an important part of pregnant women with heart diseases. Hemodynamic changes during pregnancy can worsen heart function in these women and then result in maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity. Individual management and close monitoring are indicated during pregnancy depending on the part and type of valve lesions, which is helpful to reduce maternal and fetal complications and to increasing the safety of pregnancy in these women.
