Clinical diagnosis and treatment of obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation

Abstract:

Disseminated intravascular coagulation is characterized by different reasons activating extensive blood coagulation, which results in diffuse deposition of fibrin and microvascular thrombi, leading to severe bleeding and microvasculature failure. This article discussed the definition, risk factors, pathomechanism, clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, treatment and prevention of obstetrics disseminated intravascular coagulation.
