Management of women with advanced age during pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

Advanced maternal age not only increase the rates of fetal chromosomal abnormalities, but also lead to the occurrence of adverse prenatal outcome. This article introduces the progress of prenatal screening, prenatal diagnosis and management of complication in pregnant women with advanced age, which is helpful for the medical workers and result in reducing the incidence of adverse prenatal outcome.
