Twin pregnancies had a high risk of maternal complications and neonatal morbidity. The optimal mode of delivery in twin pregnancies remains controversial, so the type of twins, fetal position, fetal weight, maternal status, and midwife experience should be considered comprehensively of treatment. Intensive care should be given in vaginal delivery, especially in the second stage of labor, which result in reducing the risks of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia of the second fetus.
