Clinical diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia in pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

Pregnancy with severe pneumonia is a serious threat to the health of mother and fetus, and can lead to respiratory failure, septic shock, and multiple organ dysfunction syndromes, premature delivery, fetal distress, neonatal infection and other adverse perinatal outcomes. During the diagnosis and treatment, we should pay special attention to early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment with early broad-spectrum antibiotics. According to the obstetrical conditions, individualized treatment is recommended.
