Relationship analysis between decision-to-delivery interval and neonatal prognosis

Abstract:

With the implementation of two-child policy in China, the number of high risk pregnancies are increasing, and the rate of emergency cesarean section is also increasing. In this article, the authors discuss the relation between decision-to-delivery interval (DDI) and neonatal prognosis. To improve fetal prognosis, it is recommended that making the surgical indication explicitly, regulating the process of emergency cesarean section and unifying the newborn evaluation index.
