Fetal and neonatal outcome and prevention of group B streptococcus intrauterine infection

Abstract:

Group B streptococcus (GBS) is a type of gram-positive streptococcal bacteria, which can cause multiple adverse pregnancy outcome, including intrauterine infection, stillbirth, neonatal infection and neonatal death. This article will review the prognosis and prevention of fetal and neonatal infection.
