Management of hemolysis during pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

Both primary hematological diseases and idiopathic diseases during pregnancy can lead to hemolysis in pregnancy. Obstetricians need to identify the cause of the disease as early as possible, assess the status of the mother and fetus comprehensively, provide adequate treatment and multidisciplinary management as well as emphasize critical illness management in severe complications. This article discusses not only the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of hemolysis in pregnancy, but also the monitoring and treatment of common hemolysis disease during pregnancy.
