Key points and difficulties in shoulder dystocia

Abstract

Abstract:

Shoulder dystocia is a fairly common obstetric emergency, which is unpredictable and is associated with severe maternal and neonatal complications. The key point of shoulder dystocia management is to relieve the anterior or posterior obstructed shoulder, which requires team work and proper maneuvers. Therefore, the article discusses the key points and difficulties of management in shoulder dystocia.
