Abstract:

Twin pregnancies is a common high-risk pregnancy in clinical practice, and the optimum time and mode in delivering twins depend on the chorionicity, fetal presentation and fetal weight. During the second stage of labor, intensive care should be implemented, and the twin-to-twin delivery time interval is flexible as long as the fetal heart rate tracing is reassuring. A rapid response team should be established to manage the vaginal delivery of the twins, so as to reduce the risk of delivery.
