Abstract:

With the full implementation of the " two-child" policy and the extensive development of assisted reproductive technology, the incidence of twin and multiple pregnancies has increased. As a result, fetal surgery has become more common in twin and multiple pregnancies, and higher requirements have been placed on perioperative ultrasound monitoring. This article discusses the basis and progress of twin and multiple pregnancy surgery and perioperative ultrasound monitoring, in order to provide reference for its clinical management.
