Diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with severe idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Abstract:

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a common blood system disease during pregnancy. Hemorrhage is the main clinical manifestation, and the risk of anemia and infection is slightly increased. ITP does not affect the outcome of mother and child as a whole, but it will increase the risk of bleeding. This article focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with severe ITP, the impact on mother and child and the management of pregnancy.
