Mother-to-child transmission of Toxoplasma

Abstract

Abstract:

Congenital toxoplasmosis occurs in infants following maternal acute toxoplasma infection. It can result in fetal death or developmental deficits, survivors accompany by long-term sequelae. So, mother to child transmission of toxoplasma should be valued by implementing prevention and treatment measurements.

磺胺嘧啶	初始量75 mg/(kg·12 h)，后50 mg/(kg·12 h)，最大剂量4 g/d
甲酰四氢叶酸	与乙胺嘧啶同时治疗或治疗一周后再用，10～20 mg/d
