Abstract:

The blood of pregnant women during pregnancy is hypercoagulable. Under the influence of hereditary or acquired factors, the hypercoagulable state of pregnant women′s blood is more serious. Thrombophilia during pregnancy not only increases the risk of venous thromboembolism but also leads to adverse perinatal outcomes, which seriously endangers the health of mothers and infants. The diagnosis of acquired thrombophilia mainly depends on clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, in which autoantibodies are the main laboratory indicators. This review focuses on the research progress of the types of autoantibodies, their role in pathogenesis, laboratory testing methods and diagnostic value in thrombophilia in pregnancy.

Key words: Pregnancy, Thrombosis, Autoantibodies, Antiphospholipid syndrome
