Anaesthesia management for placenta accreta

Abstract

Abstract:

Placenta accreta is one of the serious obstetric complications. Uncontrollable bleeding is more likely to occur during cesarean section with high clinical risk. The anaesthesia method and management are very important for the safety of mother and her fetus. We advocate preventing the clinical risk, a multidisciplinary management, adequately evaluating patient′s condition before operation, choosing appropriate rescue anesthesia method and fluid resuscitation for the placenta accreta.
