Abstract:

Pregnancy associated aplastic anaemia is a severe complication during pregnancy, characterized by anemia, bleeding and infection. It can be caused by exposure to drugs, chemicals, infection, radiation and so on. The symptomatic supportive treatment is the main therapy for the pregnancy with aplastic anemia, but it can combine the immunosuppressive therapy or hematopoietic treatment. After treatment, pregnant patients may be recovered and give birth at full-term. Without indications for cesarean section, the patients could choose vaginal delivery. If the patients have to have cesarean section, platelet transfusion is needed before operation to prevent hemorrhaging.
