Pregnancy with septic shock

Abstract

Abstract:

Septic stock is one of the most important causes of maternal mortality. The main causes of obstetric septic stock include chorioamnionitis, postpartum infection due to relaxed aseptic operation, pregnancy complicating with appendicitis, thrombophlebitis, etc. The treatments of septic stock include active anti-infective therapy, effective volume resuscitation, application of vasoactive drugs and organ support therapy.
