Abstract:
The incidence of face presentation is rare, but it can lead to severe maternal-infant complications without proper treatment. Face presentation is characterized by the flexion, descends and internal rotation of fetal head with difficulty, thereby the pregnant women does not deliver a baby easily. Without early diagnosis and proper management, face presentation dangers the lives of mother and fetus. This article elaborates the early identification and treatment of face presentation.
