Abstract:

The proportion of pregnancy with a history of cesarean section is increasing in recent years. There has been augmented focus on the complications of scarred uterus, including of cesarean scar pregnancy, pernicious placenta previa, uterine rupture and even threatening maternal and neonatal life security. It is very important to prevent and actively deal with the complications associated with scarred uterus, and to manage reasonably, to reduce the risk of pregnancy and achieve good pregnancy outcomes.
