Timing and mode of delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract:

With increasing morbidity of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in recent years, GDM has become one of the most common complications during pregnancy, which seriously affects perinatal maternal and neonatal outcomes.The optimal timing and mode of delivery can reduce the perinatal complications and the risk of adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes.In this paper, the timing and mode of delivery in women with gestational diabetes and the influencing factors in recent researches were reviewed for clinical reference.
