前置血管破裂是产科一种急危重症疾病,往往并发于脐带帆状附着、前置胎盘、双叶胎盘或副胎盘等情况,严重威胁胎儿及新生儿的生命,影响围产儿结局。因此,产前高度怀疑前置血管时需严密的监护,及时诊断前置血管破裂和终止妊娠是改善围产儿结局的关键。

Rupture of vasa previa is one critical emergency disease, usually complicated with velamentous umbilical cord insertion, placenta previa, bilobed placenta, or succenturiate placental lobe. Rupture of vasa previa threatens the fetal and neonatal life, impacts perinatal prognosis. Therefore, when antepartum vasa previa is highly suspected, closed surveillance is needed, timely diagnosis and termination of delivery are the keys to improve the perinatal outcomes.
