Undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD) during pregnancy is one of the most common rheumatic diseases in women of childbearing age. Pregnancy can lead to recurrence, aggravation, and even serious complications of undifferentiated connective tissue disease, increasing the risk of adverse pregnancy events. Therefore, it is necessary for the rheumatologists and obstetricians to identify pregnant women with UCTD early and management it together, and to ensure the safety of the mother and fetus through strict monitoring and rational use of drugs.
