Clinical application of internal inversion

Abstract

Abstract:

Internal podalic version is a risky procedure that is rarely used in clinical practice. However, it has certain value in the delivery of the second twin fetus and the stillbirth with neglected shoulder presentation. This article focuses on selection of appropriate cases for internal reversion, procedures and precautions, which is in order to strengthen clinical medical staffs' understanding of internal inversion in clinical application.
