An up-to-date understanding of diagnosis and treatment of HELLP syndrome

Abstract

Abstract:

HELLP syndrome is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelets, which often endangers the life of mother and child.Early recognition, timely diagnosis and standardized treatment of HELLP syndrome are very important in clinical practice. In this paper, the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and related research progress of HELLP syndrome are discussed.
